Here're some questions regarding to the d/s.
1. In the d/s, it says that the /RESET pin is asserted for at least 10uS to force a reset process. What if the timing is about 100mS only for /RESET pin being asserted? What happened?
2. What's the process and definition of the re-initializes on DP83822? Does It means when PHY is in shutdown mode first, and then we'd like to power on the PHY that /RESET pin needs to be asserted?
