Hi team, 

The supply current in standby mode of TCAN3403-Q1 and TCAN3404-Q1 has huge gap as I didn't expect. Are there any reasons of this big gap?

    Hi Yamamoto-san,

    TCAN3403 has an additional VIO supply pin for digital I/O voltage, On TCAN3404 it's provided by VCC, so you will see a higher VCC specification on TCAN3404.

    TCAN3403 also has a separate spec called "IIO".
