Is there a device (multiple chips are ok) that can get me from TMDS to HDMI? Basically the reverse of SN75DP129. Is there a way to support dual link dvi for resolutions higher than 1920x1200?

Hello Nick,
Please review the TFP401 (http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tfp401a-ep.pdf), it is a TI PanelBus, although it is compliant with DVI specification, it could work with HDMI signals if the clock frequency is no greater than 165MHz.
Regarding the DVI dual link, the solution is to use two DVI transmitters/receivers.
Regards.
Elias,
Thanks for that suggestion. Is there any reason that you mentioned the EP version in particular?
Is there any app notes for using dual DVI transmitters/receives? Specifically, customer is interested to do this for 3D 1080p or WQXGA applications.
Nick,
Let me make sure we are all on the same page...
Your subject line says TMDS - DisplayPort and in your text you state "...reverse of SN75DP129." However, you also state you want to go from "...get me from TMDS to HDMI".
The DP129 provides only level shifting of a DP++ electrical signal to the appropriate DC-coupled levels for HDMI via TMDS signals.
So the question really is what is your source and what is your sink and do either/both meet a defined video standards?
