THVD1510: Receive data output internal structure

Could you provide the output structure of Receive data output pin of THVD1510? Is it push-pull? or does it have pull-up/down resistor? what's the value?

we met voltage translation issue in customer side and want this data to help analysis.

The electrical characteristics tell you that it is a plain 5 V push/pull output. As shown in table 2, the R pin can be completely disabled.

What is that voltage translation issue?

If you need to post a schematic, you can make an internal e2e post. As Clemens pointed out, we do use a push pull CMOS structure. For level translation you could use a set of resistors to make a resistor divider or use a dedicated level translator.
