DP83869HM: question about RGMII-to-SGMII mode

Tool/software:

The datasheet says dp83869hm surport RGMII-to-SGMII Mode and work in auto mode. Does this mode surport fixed speed like 100M RGMII <---> 1000M SGMII? if not ,Do you have any aother chips recommended to meet this requriment? thanks.
