TLIN1027-Q1: TLIN1027-Q1 What is the storage temperature range (Tstg) ?

The TLIN1027-Q1 does not seem to list Tstg (Storage temperature range) on the datasheet.
What is the temperature range of this part?

    Hi Junji,

    The upper limit of storage temperature is same as the junction temperature 150C, but the lower temperature for storage can actually goes down to -65C.

    Hi Sean-san,

    If it is possible to update the datasheet immediately, I would like the rated temperature range of Tstg to be included in the datasheet.
    Or if it is not immediately applicable, I would like it to be included in the next update.

    Hi Junji,

    Sorry we currently don't have plan to update datasheet. We don't have a specific storage temperature officially guaranteed for the device, however based on our high temperature storage bake and we perform thermal cycling tests that vary between -65C and 150C the storage temperature is most likely to be that. -55C is the safer bet to not violate the min junction temperature.
