Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCA9306
Hi,
I am using PCA9306 for level translation from 1.8V to 5V. I have 1.5K pullups on both sides/ both SCL/SDA. Vref1 connected to 1.8V. Enable and vref2 connected to 5V through a 200K ohm. No capacitor to ground though.
After the setup is ready and enabled. I see a voltage of 2.14V on the SCL1/SDA1 and SCL2/SDA2(both sides). When I transmit any bits, the levels on both sides go from 0 to 2.14v only.
What am i doing wrong ? Did the blow the part ?
