Hi Team,

From datasheet recommend condition section, in Vcc=5V, we can find "except XTAL1" and "XTAL1" from VIH/VIL.

May I know what is the difference between "except XTAL1" and "XTAL1"?

The XTAL1 pin requires a high-level voltage of at least 3.5 V; all other input pins require at least 2 V.

XTAL1 is an input pin on the device that controls the UART clock. If the datasheet states except XTAL1 then it means all input pins follow that rule except for XTAL1. Clemens comment looks like it's correct.
