I am looking for a USB 2.0, 2 ports HUB design solution. I found the TUSB4020BI controller and used it in my schematic.

hi Pavel:

Don't pulldown SMBUSz if you don't need SMBUS mode to change any USB configuration.

When PWRCTL_pol is 1, means power switching is active low, but TPS2561 is high enable.
