TUSB4041I: Port 1 always shows "port1: over-current condition"

How is  connection for  FULLPWRMGMT and GAIN?

Remain ports are working fine.

we also lifted the legs of the Port 1 pins as well (Pin 33,34,4 and 14) .Still we are getting same error message .

If  you move this "bad" unit to another PCB and see the same issue?

we have moved this bad IC to a new PCB and have seen same behaviour.Also we have replaced the new IC in the bad board and its working now.

Looks like that particulate hub IC is having some internal damage  

how many such bad device, only one?
