SN65C1167E: Alternative to SN65C1167E for higher ambient temperature

Hi,

I am currently in the process of making a gate driver board that will have UCC21756-Q1. I would like to use a differential receiver at the gate driver board (to receive 4 PWM to drive a H-Bridge), and I went through EVM User's Guide: UCC217XXQDWEVM-054, in which SN65C1167E driver receiver is used. We estimate our ambient temperature to be anything around 80 to 100 degrees Celsius. So I would like some help regarding choosing a differential driver and receiver which has four channels (driving in the control board and receiving in the gate driver board. I would think, as of now, the signals might have to travel about 150 cm to 200 cm (it is going to be a highly noisy environment). So, can you let me know if AM26C31/32 can be used for such a distance (switching frequency is 100kHz)? or do you suggest any other part that has an operating temperature of at least 125 degrees Celsius?
