We bought the batch of datecode 2130 2031 for part#TS3USB221ERSER, it seem that it exist the cooper leaking

see the atthached picture for reference. Is it normal frequent Issues of TI? And is it ok for the produciton?thank you.

Hi,

If copper is exposed then the lead finish is thinning out. Was the part received this way or was there post processing done?

The main risk of copper exposure is it won’t adhere to the solder as well as expected.
