Hello Yang,
The SPI SCLK, SDO and SDI nets can be connected in parallel with multiple devices, but each TCAN4550 device needs its own nCS (Chip Select) signal because only one device can be active on the SPI bus at a time. This is because there is data on both the SDO and SDI nets during each SPI Read/Write transaction and having multiple devices active at the same time would create contention and create errors.
So if there is a dedicated chip select signal for each device, and the signal integrity on the other SPI signals is not corrupted by the PCB routing, this should work.
However, using 6 TCAN4550 devices on the same SPI bus will greatly reduce the maximum CAN message throughput that can be achieved and this approach should not be used if there will be frequent CAN messages because there is an increased risk of data loss from full RX FIFOs.
Regards,
Jonathan
