Can I swap D+ and D- on the INPUT side and D+ and D- on the OUTPUT side? Will there be any impact?

Hi,

Yes you can swap the D+ and D- pins but you must make sure that D+ and D- lines are the same through out the path are not swapped. so this means that if you swap the output D+ and D- you must also swap the input D+ and D-.
