We have typical current in datasheet, for max current, we need to order some Q1 part and measure at our lab. It may take a week.

Sorry for late.

max current for 4HS devices is 76mA for 3.3v and 99 mA for 1.1v at 85C.

Hi Jeff:

1.1v supply current could go high as 330ma if GRSTz is low , make sure 1.1v supply source has enough current .
