Related to the following E2E thread, my customer has further questions.

At TCAN1044AV-Q1, the short-circuit current limiting protection works with no delay and the current never goes below/above -115mA/+115mA? Or it works with some delay and the current could exceed -115mA/+115mA for short period? If the latter, how much time would the delay be?
