Tool/software:
Hello, the Typical TC-10 application block diagram is as follows. May I ask if I can turn off the power to VDDA/VDDIO/VDDMAC in TC-10 mode? Do you have any recommended VREG chip models?

Hi Kung,
Yes, you are allowed to turn off VDDA/VDDIO/VDDMAC with Vreg by using INH as an input. INH will output HIGH during wake mode and Hi-Z during sleep mode.
We do not have any specific part number recommendations for Vreg, you may reach out to the LDO team for this.
Best regards,
Melissa
I'm just confused because the datasheet describes that VDDA/VDDIO/VDDMAC have current consumption in the TC-10 state
Hi Kung,
These are the current consumption numbers if you do not disable these voltage supplies.
Best regards,
Melissa
