Dear TI,

We use DS90UB929-Q1EVM boards and we would like to start and stop providing video stream, change pictures to our tested device (Head up display) from our test environment. My question is that is there any API or is there any way we could use to avoid manually clicking on scripting tab in analog launchpad and select the python script we want to run or manually load the register configuration in Registers tab?

Normally we use Vector CANoe as test environment and our tests are not synchronized with the development board. This way we cannot trigger certain conditions automatically. This solution would be a big help.

    Hi Kalman,

    You could connect from where you are running the test environment to the EVM's I2C header; and this would bypass ALP. You can check the EVM user guide to find the header pin. You could use, for example, and Aardvark or similar I2C device to program the 929 directly.
