What does it happen on SN65DP159 when the td1 in timing diagram is over 200us?

    There is a statement above Table 1 which states that "Keeping OE low until VDD and VCC become stable avoids any timing requirements as shown in Figure 22". So Td1 requirement does not apply if you can keep OE low until VCC and VDD become stable.
