Hi team,

Recently, I cannot use SigCon GUI for fine tune EQ.

And the possible reason is receiver empty according to the GUI error message, do you have method to resolve this issue?

    Hi Tiger,

    • Does the problem keep happening after:
      • Closing and restarting SigCon Architect?
      • Powering the board on and off?
    • Does SigCon say "Connected" with a green light in the lower right hand corner of the window?
    • Can you share a screenshot of the "Configuration" page of the DS320PR412-421 profile?
