I bought SN65176BDR from Digikey. and based from the external visual inspection, X-ray and XRF we observed some deviation compared to what was declared from the datasheet.
Below is the summary:
- Top marking per datasheet “65176B”, Actual “SN65176B”
- Plating material per datasheet “NIPDAU = G4”, Actual “SN=G3”
- Date code typical TI “YM”, Actual “YWW”
- Missing TI Logo on top marking
- No Die markings/logo
