Driver for windows 7

i have a sony vaio vgn-a417m which is using windows 7 ultimate, 

I have come across a problem that i cannot fix, in my device manager i have a yellow triangle next to mass storage controller.

i have troubleshooted this problem and this is what it told me

"Your memory card reader has stopped working properly because a compatible driver isn`t  available for this version of windows"

"The model name of your memory card reader is Texas Instruments PCI7620/7420 Dedicated SD/MS/MSPRO Sockets."

I have checked your site but cannot find any drivers. 

If possible can you tell me where to find this driver or maybe send me it.

    Hello Matt,

    Due to OEM agreements we are required to direct you with the PC OEM, in this case, Sony should be able to provide the driver.

    I have a Toshiba laptop that I upgraded to windows 7 then to Windows 8. I called Toshiba and they referred me to this site for a card reader driver. Can you please help me?

    I have a Satellite A100 that I upgraded to Windows 7. I am looking for a driver for my video. Any suggestions. Your help is appreciated.

    Your "video" is not made by Texas Instruments but by Intel.
