We are not responsible to answer how to use non-TI parts.

For the opto-coupler question, yes, you need an isolation since LM5022 is located on the primary side.

Please use UCC2897A instead UCC2897.

Please refer to the UCC2897A EVM schematic and connect the ADJ pin to the feedback loop (between R25 and R26)
