Hi Adrian,

The TCAN1145 is only in the Functional Safety-Capable category so we only provide the FIT, FMD, and pin FMA information in the functional safety documentation for this device.

The TCAN1144 and TCAN1146 (same family with watchdog) are Functional Safety Quality-Managed and provide more functional safety information in the full FMEDA. If this functional safety information is required for a VW application, I would recommend the use of one of these devices (TCAN1146 is superset).
