Hi,

In MODE=L2, the DS320PR8xx supports multple devices daisy changed via READ_EN#/ALL_DONE# pins. For the DS320PR1601 though this is not specifically mentioned on the datasheet albeit there appear to be sufficent slave address for 4 devices. Is this the case for the DS320PR1601 and if so, is a single 2Kbit EEPROM suffecient for all 4 devcies?

Hi Alan,

It is possible to daisy-chain multiple DS320PR1601 devices using READ_EN_N and ALL_DONE_N, similar to DS320PR810.

Depending on the number of configuration sets per device, 2kbit EEPROM should be sufficient.
