I'm not sure I understand what a wettable flank package is. Do you have an example of this?

If it had wettable flanks, the datasheet would list it as a feature.

Thanks for the reference Clemens.

I looked at the datasheet for the device called out in Clemen's document which shows devices with wettable flanks should have an image of it in the mechanical drawings for the cross section A-A and also should have a table of orderable names that include the wettable flanks.

This means the THVD1424 doesn't come with a wettable flank.
