DP83867IS: TX_D2, TX_D3 and TX_CTRL floating pin

Tool/software:

I am using the Ethernet PHY DP83867ISRGZT in our design. In our design it is used in SGMII mode so for this I m not using TX_D2, TX_D3 and TX_CTRL.

So I need to know can these signals left float or should give any known state to these signals.

Kindly see the below image for your reference.

Hi Ashish,

These pins can be left floating if SGMII is being used.

I recommend changing MDIO pull-up value to 1.5kΩ or 2.2kΩ.
