I've looked around and haven't been able to find a part that shows max operating junction temperature for SATA3 application. I am assuming this is why you had considered this part. Please confirm SATA3 is the end application.

 Yes SATA3 is the end application. Can you ask the design team to determine max operating junction temperature? You do so for all the other TI products - ask their Product Manager too. We need an Engineering answer.

 Yes, I did not see that response from your team. Thanks for your response. Yes we are looking for a part from -40C to 95C and above if possible.

I can't find a part that can support temperature from -40C to 95C. We have SATA re-driver that can only support -40C to 85C.
