Hi Buck,
I've looked around and haven't been able to find a part that shows max operating junction temperature for SATA3 application. I am assuming this is why you had considered this part. Please confirm SATA3 is the end application.

I can't find a part that can support temperature from -40C to 95C. We have SATA re-driver that can only support -40C to 85C.
