what state should the unsed pin be? is it ok to keep them floating or will it cause false INT? optimal state to save power.

Hi Gaurav,
Unused pin configured as input could cause false INT yes.
Optimal state to save power is addition of a pull-up resistor to VCC.
A secondary option is to configure the floating pin as an output. But this will consume slightly more ICC in standby mode.
