SN65DP141: Input pin diode test inquiry

Can you provide some insight to the test?

Also are looking for the forward bias for the diode?

What will be the forward bias voltage of the internal diode connected to internal IN+ & IN-?

The Diodes in the signal path are ESD diodes.

ESD diodes will NOT affect the signal integrity or signal path. They are used to protect the internal silicon in an ESD event where a large amount of voltage may be discharged onto the device. 

I cannot divulge the internal specification for the diodes, but I can help clarify what concern you have with the device?

What is the concern associated with the ESD diodes?
