LMH0070: 2.5V and 3.3V behavior

Part Number: LMH0070

Tool/software:

In the POWER UP chapter of Datasheet P9, There is a description as "both power supplies are brought up."
When "both power supplies are brought up." means, How many voltages are required for 2.5V and 3.3V?
(Is there no problem if the value is within the range of "Recommended Operating Conditions"?)

And If Power off and Power on suddenly, there is a concern that the 2.5V and 3.3V may not drop enough.
In such a case, Are there any specifications stating how low 2.5V and 3.3V must be?
If this specification is not met, what will be the impact on the LMH0070?

  • Greetings,

LMH0070 requires both 3.3 and 2.5V supplies. To prevent issues related to power sequencing, we should always bring up the higher supply(3.3V) first and then the lower supply(2.5V). Values of these two supplies should be within the recommended range. If there is power off and on, then we should make sure power is dropped before we bring up the 3.3V supply first. Please note this has not been characterized and at the same time there has not been a report from customers having issue with 2.5/3.3V supply bring up.
