Apploader driver for TUSB3210 does not work under windows 7 32bit.

Hi, everyone.

    I designed a circuit using TUSB3210. When I try it under Win XP 32 bit following "Using the Apploader driver.pdf" step by step, everything works right and device been recognized as "Human Interface Device" with VID_0451&PID_0040.

    

      But when I do the same thing with exact same steps under windows 7 32bit, failed with following message:

a. The VID AND PID is right.

     

 

b. I try to install driver.

   

 

c.  but failed,

   

 

 

      BTW, I've tried this under several PC with different version of windows 7 32bit. Anyone know what happened ?  and how could I make it works right

under windows 7 ?  Thank you.

    Hello,

     

                    Could you please try downloading our latest Apploader version from http://www.ti.com/litv/zip/sllc160a ? old version of the Apploader have not support for Win7, but this last version install the driver without problems in Windows7 following the instruction.

     

                    Unlike XP, Windows 7 warning you if you attempt to install a unsigned driver (FIG1), please select the “Install driver software anyway” option and continue whit the installation.

    To Roberto Diaz:

          The apploader version I used before is exactly the same with your given link.

    Actually, my currently using apploader was downloaded from that link several days ago.

         BTW, I download for your given link and insall, again, failed.

    Alex,

     

                    I have tried to install the driver on several Win7 PCs and It’s installing without problems, could you please provide us the exactly files that you are using (C:\Apploader)? I want to reproduce this issue using the same scenario.

    Roberto,

            Yesterday, i tried on my home PC( old DELL system of year 2004) with windows 7 32bit, it works right.

    Today, I will try on other PC with windows 7 32bit.

            I really do not know why my portal and one of my workmate's porttal with windows 7 32bit, failed.

    Confusing...     I will try to upload the C:\apploader files a little later.

    What I do on my portal is exactly same with on my home PC.

    I've send apploader's contents to Elias email box, he will forward to you.

    Just now, i tried on another PC (intel mainboard, 2010),   works right.

    until now,  2 PC: success, 2 laptop: failed.  all with windows 7 32 bit.

     

    Anyway, it can work with my pc now, ....

    Some days later, i will try to fully reinstall the OS of my portal, and try again.
