DP83867IR: VIH of XI

Part Number: DP83867IR
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DP83822IF

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

The XI clock input does not meet the VIH spec in the Electrical Characteristics(section 6.5) of the datasheet.
The spec is VIH,min=1.4V, however, measurement value is 1.4V and no margin.

The XI-pin is connected according to the circuit recommended in the data sheet(section 8.2.1.2); Clock source=3.3V 25MHz OSC, CD1 and CD2=27pF

The first reply of the following E2E post says that "The oscillator input is in the VDDIO domain.."
In that case, VIH,min=0.7 * 1.8(VDDIO)=1.26V, which meets the spec.
However, this E2E post is for the DP83822IF, not the DP83867IR.

DP83822IF: What kind of signal level is required for XI input when crystal oscillator is used for reference clock? - Interface forum - Interface - TI E2E support forums

Currently, A problem is not happened in actual operation.
Is it okay if it meets VIH,min=0.7 * 1.8V(VDDIO)=1.26V?
Is it mandatory to meet VIH of XI, min 1.4V?

Best Regard,
