DP83TC811R-Q1: T1 Master not working

Tool/software:

We have board with phy running in RMII. We get good link to EVM board and other T1 devices set as Master with us as slave.

Us as Master doesnt give link.

With a good link, Ethernet packets receive correctly but we cannot transmit. MAC level loopback is good. xMII loopback in phy doesnt work.

We assume there is a connection between T1 Master not working and Ethernet Tx not working?

Any ideas?

    Hi Phil,

    Are you adjusting via strap or register? If register, could you please share the register write you are using. When you are changing the EVM to Master mode, are you changing the link partner to slave mode as well?

    Can you please share the procedure used to conduct loopback testing as well.
