Hello Experts,

We are using TCAN11623DMTRQ1 ass our primary CAN trans receiver in our 400V & 48V BMS Project. Where it is powered by 12V and VIO-is 3.3V. During Bulk Current Injection test at LEVEL 3 (150mA at 10Mhz to 400 MHz), we are facing a constant failure of CAN data loss mostly around 15Mhz.For your reference, I am Attaching the schematics for your review. Please share your point of view on that or any suggestion.

    Abhiram,

    Apologies for the significant delay. Is it possible to share any waveforms during the test? Your schematic looks ideal, the only addition I would recommend are filter capacitors on both CANH and CANL pins, but given those would be better for high frequency, they won't help much with a lower frequency failure.

    But yes, please share CANH, CANL, and RXD during the testing so we can understand how exactly the communication is failing.
