    Hi Priyadharshini,

    I suggest moving to TCA8418E as this device is the upgraded device of the TCA8418. 

    This is a commercial device with ambient temperature rating -40C < TA < 85C. Any automotive device is rated with a Q1 rating on the datasheet. 

    I was able to get the following FIT rate data estimation using the online calculator on TI.com. Is this sufficient for your request?
