Hello everyone,
I have a issue with the GUI of ULC1001. I start the programm and deactivate the demo mode by removing the hook. Then config is loading, after a few seconds the following message appears:
“Error -5 occurred at Error Converter (Err Code or Status).avi
Possible reason(s):
Transmit failed

I can press only exit and the GUI shuts down.
Can someone help? The USB device has the newest firmware and the USB2ANY device was already exchanged and is completly new.
