In the datasheet of TCAN1043A-Q1, table 6.2 & 6.3 have different ESD ratings.

What is the difference between the two?

In table 6.3, does the human body model not applicable?

Abhishek,

These are two different types of ESD testing. The SAE J2962-2 is based on North American Automotive EMC standards where the device is tested while powered and unpowered. HBM is testing for handling of the device during assembly, hence modeling against the human body. The ESD waveforms are different, as well as the test setups, but both ratings are still valid.

What is the RC network value for SAE J2962-2 ?

What is the difference between SAE J2962-2 & ISO10605 in terms of ESD test?

ISO10605 defines several different RC networks, J2962-2 uses 330pF/2k ohm RC network for the powered ESD testing.
