There are questions about the check list excel, that is SNLR053.xlsb, especially about MDI traces.

There are three descriptions as below.

Could you explain the relationships between these three descriptions?
According to row 15, it seems that a continuous ground on the layer under the MDI traces is recommended. However, according to row 17, all-layer voids are recommneded. How should they understand the difference a continuous ground and the all-layer voids?

Customer needs to understand these descriptions correctly for the layout design.
