ETHERNET-SW: Ethernet ping is not working when we use E0RAM/SRAM for stack instead of CRAM

Part Number: ETHERNET-SW
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28384D

Tool/software:

When I use E0RAM/SRAM for .stack in cmd file sections, after power cycling the board, the ethernet is not pinging.

However, if I use C1RAM for .stack, then after a power cycle, the ethernet ping is working.

I want to know if there is a specific reason for using C1RAM for stack memory, or if we can use any other RAM section as well?

i found some differences between CRAM, E0 RAM, and SRAM. I have attached that information as well.
