One more question. Is 0.1uF decoupling capacitor is sufficient for vcc and vio? Can we remove 10uF and 1uF capacitors?

Looks OK.

In general, you need only a small decoupling capacitor near the chip. A large decoupling capacitor is needed only once on the board, usually at the power supply or where the power comes into the board.

OK. Then can we remove 1uF and 10uF? Is it required to add external pull up resistors on TXD and STB pins?

one more question. How to determine differential pair impedance?
