TUSB9261: TUSB926x FlashBurner does not recognize unprogrammed device

Can you confirm that the drivers are installed properly as described in section 5.1 of TUSB9260 Flash Burner - User Guide (Rev. D) (ti.com)?

Is the TUSB9261 Boot loader present in the device manager?

I think the problem is that the device is enumerating with a USB PID = 0x82FF which I believe is incorrect and preventing the device from associating with the correct driver.  I just noticed that the TUSB9260 reset is deasserted after 1.1V is stable but before 3.3V is up.  Let me correct this and see if it fixes the problem.

My version of the FlashBurner, 2.10.0.0, does not have registry cleanup icon.  The power sequencing/reset is not the cause of this problem.  I am able to erase and reprogram a previous version of this product, so I suspect the FlashBurner and associated driver are ok.  I suspect the FlashBurner erase function does not return the device/flash to factory settings so maybe this is not apples to apples.  An erased device reports PID=0x926B. I am trying to program fresh from the PCBA manufacturing floor so I'm assuming the SPI flash is blank.

Can you please confirm that TUSB9261 devices coming from the factory should report USB PID = 0x82FF and that the FlashBurner should recognize this?

USB PID = 0x82FF is the HID endpoint on the TI USB hub not the TUSB9260.  So, no TUSB9260 is enumerating.  I'll keep digging.  Sorry for the fire drill.
