do you mean OTP?

we have program tool for EEPROM or OTP though USB interface.

Can I do OTP through the TUSB8041EVM tool? Is it compatible with LINUX?

OTP tool is for Windows.

OTP is normally done by TI, customer can use it to change configuration manually for debug purpose, it's not suggest for production.

for production, customer can use EEPROM or SMBUS if they plan to change configuration
