may I ask if it's possible to use a crystal (50MHz) when I set the DP83TC812-Q1 in RMII slave mode? As shown in the diagram(Datasheet 8.4.12.2), only the oscillator design is mentioned, and the crystal (25MHz) is only used in RMII master mode.
The decision not to use an oscillator is due to low power considerations.
