My customer is going to connect open drain with 1kohm pull-up to -FORCEOFF pin. Is there any internal pull-down at this pin?

There is no pull-down. (If there were one, it would be visible in the I_I specification.)

Hi Wasa-san,

There is no internal pull-down for the FORCEOFF pin. Both the FORCEOFF and FORCEON pins must be connected; they cannot be floating. The table below from section 7.4 of the datasheet shows the various power states:
