DP83867IR: can dp83867ir direct connect to RPi CM4 PHY interface?

Hi Alex,

We recommend using a 33nF non-polarized capacitor. More information can be seen in the following Appnote:

This discusses a different part that operates in 100Base-TX, but it still applies to 1000Base-T.

Sorry for late reply, I final have time to read the app note and see this non-typical method can support 100/1000Base-T.

But I still a few question want to double confirm.

1/ this 2013 app note have not cover the part "DP83869HM", is this part support the transformless config?

2/ I see the example on app note still using cable to connect both end, but in my case both PHY are on the same board.

so do I need 1 cap between or 2 caps for the polarity reversing?
