TCAN1044V-Q1: Dominant current under 70℃

Part Number: TCAN1044V-Q1

Tool/software:

The dominant current value stated in the datasheet is as follows. Can you tell us about the dominant current under 70°C environment?
Instead of a guaranteed value, assume 〇 〇 mA to xxmA is appreciated.

  • Murayama-san,

We only have 3 temperature data points: -40C, 27C, and 150C. In general, the dominant current decreases as the temperature increases, and the customer should be designing to the maximum value listed in the datasheet. That being said, looking over the characterization data, at high temperature this parameter maxes out around 55mA.

    Regards,

    Eric Hackett
