When evaluating the replacement of TCAN1043A-Q1, customers found that the design of SPLIT pin of TJA1043 is different from TI design?
In addition, can TCAN1043A-Q1 be used as a terminal node like TJA1043?

To my understanding the purpose of SPLIT pin is to stabilize the recessive level on bus to improve the EMC performance. However, TCAN1043A provide another connection for termination CAN node.
