Whether the WUF of TCAN support CANFD frame? If support, how to configure the DLC data to support CAN FD? If not, whether the WUF function supports CANFD ID wake-up?

    Daniel,

    The WUF will need to be a Classical CAN frame to properly wake-up the device. However, the device is capable of tolerating CAN FD frames without error if an FDF is set in the frame, indicating a transition to FD data rate. See section 8.4.7.8 "CAN FD Frame Tolerance" for specific information about this.

    Basically, that section describes how the transceiver waits some amount of time before allowing a new SOF bit, which results in the device tolerating the CAN FD frame without error.
