Tool/software:
Hi team,
I saw other E2E thread that says "The storage temperature range for TLIN1029DRQ1 is -65 C to 150 C."
Why is Tstg is not on the datasheet? Do you have plan to add?

Kento

Kento-san,
This is more of a package consideration, as storage temperature refers to conditions where the device is completely unpowered and unused. The device package and process technology is what determines this, so the storage temperature is TI-wide. If added to a data sheet, it is done so for convenience. Generally the storage temperature is about 10°C/15°C outside the TJ range. In the case of the TLIN1029-Q1, the TJ range is -55°C to +150°C, so the storage temperature would be able to achieve -65°C.
However, you should consider the MSL rating when considering storage conditions. When storing the device, the shelf life ("Factory Floor Life") is based upon Factory Floor Life @ 30°C. Storing at temperatures far away from the 30°C estimate might slightly impact the lifetime for any device that is MSL2 or lower.
Best,
Danny
Hi Danny,
Thank you for supporting. I understood how we decide Tstg. I'd like to know on our datasheet.
Please let me e-mail to you for next step.
Best regards,
Kento
